WEEK ONE: 16TH & 23RD APRIL
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM: Dribbling Variations
Intensive dribbling drills to improve ball-handling, footwork, and agility, including crossovers and spin moves, to navigate defensive pressure effectively.
10:45 AM - 11:30 AM: Shooting Techniques
Focus on shooting form, including stance and follow-through, with practice from various court spots and individualised feedback to refine mechanics and boost confidence on the court.
11:30 AM - 12:15 PM: Defensive Strategies
