SATURDAY FUNDAMENTALS
LEVEL - Beginner
Our Saturday FUNdamentals class is designed for beginner to intermediate basketball players aged 7-13. This engaging program introduces young athletes to the essential rules and core skills of basketball, creating a strong foundation for those eager to learn and improve.
Each session focuses on building confidence and ability through:
• Skill Development: Learn key fundamentals such as dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, and footwork.
• Game Understanding: Explore the basic rules, positions, and strategies of basketball in a clear, easy-to-follow way.
• Fun-Focused Activities: Engage in exciting games and drills that combine learning with fun, helping players develop a love for the sport.
This class is a perfect stepping stone for new players wanting to transition into competitive basketball while keeping the emphasis on enjoyment and teamwork. Our supportive environment ensures every player feels encouraged, motivated, and ready to take the next step in their basketball journey.

WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP
LEVEL- Intermediate
Our Wednesday Workshop is tailored for intermediate to advanced basketball players aged 10-14 who are ready to take their skills and understanding of the game to the next level.
This dynamic class challenges players with:
• Advanced Skill Development: Master the use of both hands for dribbling, passing, and finishing, along with more detailed techniques like advanced footwork, shooting mechanics, and defensive strategies.
• Game-Like Simulations: Participate in situational drills, scrimmages, and scenarios that replicate real game conditions to enhance decision-making and court awareness.
• High-Level Concepts: Learn advanced offensive and defensive principles, including spacing, movement without the ball, and team strategies.
Designed to push players beyond their comfort zone, this workshop equips them with the tools and confidence needed to excel in competitive basketball. Players will leave each session with a deeper understanding of the game and refined skills that set them apart on the court.

PRODIGY PROJECT
LEVEL - Advanced
The Prodigy Program is an elite training class designed for serious athletes aged 14 and up who want to elevate their athletic performance and gain a competitive edge. Tailored for teenagers and adults with a passion for improvement, this program focuses on developing physical attributes that take players beyond their current skill level.
Key components include:
• Athletic Enhancement: Improve vertical jump, agility, power, speed, and mobility with a science-backed approach to athletic development.
• Explosive Training Techniques: Incorporate band work, skipping ropes, plyometrics, and explosive movements to build strength and efficiency.
• Sport-Specific Conditioning: Develop the athleticism needed to outperform opponents with similar technical skills by enhancing stamina, balance, body composition and functional strength.
The class is led by professional trainer Caleb Duncan, whose expertise stems from years of experience training athletes to compete at the highest levels in both America and Australia. Caleb’s proven methods help participants unlock their full athletic potential and prepare for the demands of competitive play.
