CLASSES
This session is designed for players who have a solid foundation in basketball and are ready to refine their game. The focus is on developing advanced ball-handling, shooting technique, footwork, and decision-making in game-like scenarios. Players are challenged through high-tempo drills and competitive activities to build confidence, consistency, and basketball IQ.
Prodigy Programs – Skills Class (Intermediate)

A skill-focused session aimed at improving core basketball fundamentals at an intermediate level. Players will work on ball control, passing, shooting under pressure, and movement without the ball. Emphasis is placed on applying skills in realistic game situations, helping players transfer what they learn into competition play.

This session targets athletes looking to improve their physical performance on the court. Training focuses on speed, agility, strength, endurance, and injury prevention, all tailored specifically for basketball. Sessions are high-intensity and structured to enhance explosiveness, stamina, and overall athletic development.

Perfect for newer or younger players, this session introduces the fundamentals of basketball in a fun, supportive environment. Players will learn basic skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and court awareness through engaging games and activities. The focus is on building confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.
